How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

All orders are currently quoted for approximately 14 business days for shipping and processing your order. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach us through our "contact us" page and fill out the information listed on the page and we we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

We understand that complications can arise in any given moment. Therefore, we have implemented a refund policy of up to 30 days past the date of purchase. If you happen to receive a defective product, simply take a photo or video of the defective item and submit the photo/video with a written description of the issue pertaining to the item that you have purchased and we will refund you the full amount that you paid for the item of interest. We are NOT liable for any damages to the product done by you or anyone using the product. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Do You Have a Warranty Policy:

We do have a warranty policy for all products that qualify for our 1-year warranty plan. We will happily replace any defective item that you may have if you purchased the 1-year warranty plan for your item, if the item includes a warranty plan upon purchase. Again, we appreciate your understanding.
